Advertised as FREE product online I did order and paid for shipping. Then was charged on November 5 for a double order. They sent me an email on November 26 stating that I was being refunded $79.87 The money has not been refunded to my account as of yet and I am seeking the other $79.87. I was charged for product I have not received. They also have no fax number where I can send my banking statements that reflect the charges. The customer service telephone agents have all told me different things. Please help me get my money refunded. No one should have to go through something like this, especially if they have not recieved any product other than the FREE sample. Charges of $159.74 is not FREE. Stop this company before others get duped too.
