I ordered the free sample from the internet and paid 5.95 for shipping. About 3 wks later I received a shipment and my account was charged 79.87. I immediately called the customer service department and told them I did not want the product and I wanted my account refunded. They told me where to ship the package and said I would receive credit. I returned the package the following day and still have not received credit. I received two emails on the date I called 11-20 saying the order was canceled and my account was credited. Since Nov. 20, I have called the customer service dept at least 5 times and have been told by each person that my account would be credited in 3-5 business days. As of today I have not received credit. I will be researching on how to get my money back. Do not trust these people.
