On November 10 I ordered a free sample of cream and gave bank details to pay for postage only. The sum of £4.32 was debited to my account.
The sample was never recieved.

I have now been charged £64.74 on the 1st December. Bank details match that of the details of the free sample request for postage.

This is appaulling! I have not order anything from this company. I can no longer find the adverstisement for this offer.
Please advise? What can I do?
