I ordered free samples of the two creams for which I paid the shipping charges of $4.75 for each sample.
I used the sample and found that it affected my psoriasis and therefore I did not use it anymore.
On the 1st November I received a further pot of cream, which I had not ordered and found that I have been billed on my credit card on 19th October for the sum of $98.78.
THis is obviously INERTIA selling and I have fallen for it. I will try to return this product and get a refund. Has anyone else been able to get a refund?
