I contacted what I thought was Apple Care only to be scammed by this company. They even answer the phone saying "Welcome to Apple". I was told that they could repair my computer and give me a 2 year warranty, for 3 monthly installments of $99 each. I also asked the customer service person "Ken", specifically if this was actually Apple and not some fly by night company. He responded yes. I spent over an hour with what was supposed to be IT support only to be disconnected. I have attempted to contact them on numerous occassions about this scam and was told contact billing. Of course, no one answers the billing department.
