Beware of this scam! I thought I had contacted Apple Support line and was told that I did not have a warranty on my computer so I was transferred to another person who offered to 24hr service on all my Apple products for 239.00 for two years. I also was dumb enough to let them download an antivirus program for 49.99 on three of my devices! Not until I called for help and they were not able to fix my problem and transferred me to Apple Care line did I find out that this company is a third party company. Apple Care told me to get the virus barrier off of my Mac and try to get my money back. According to all of the other posts here that is NOT going to happen!!
