Zonet USA ripoff of rebate

I sent in all of the required documentation to receive a $15 rebate for their KVM switch. After waiting the required time, I e-mailed them about the rebate.
Zonet e-mailed me back that I didn't send in the UPC. I e-mailed them back with a picture of the KVM box showing the UPC cutout.

I received another e-mail from them that they wanted the sales receipt and not the UPC.
I USPS mailed them copies of all the documentation and then received another e-mail that they again wanted the UPC.

I will be filing complaints with the BBB in City of Industry and the Attorney General's office of California
