On March 26, I responded to a Best Buy advertisement to buy a BUSlink CD-RW drive. It was advertised with a $30.00 Best Buy rebate and a $20.00 BUSlink rebate.
I received the rebate from Best Buy within a couple of months, but have not received the $20.00 rebate from BUSlink. The rebate request and all required documentation was mailed to: Buslink Rebate Processing, Department #08-07165, P.O. Box 1040, Hagerstown, MD 21741
I have left Voice-Mail messages at 1-877-684-6462 Ext. 512, the number provided on the BUSlink rebate slip to request the status of your rebate. I have sent E-mail messages to [email protected] requesting the status of my rebate. I have had NO RESPONSE from either one.
My experience with BUSlink USA Inc. Is that if you buy one of their products that is advertised with a BUSlink rebate, IT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN!
