Ordered a carpet online from Home Depot. Never received the carpet, I had to contact them to find out carpet was damaged in transit. I have called customer service 3 times and sent 5 emails trying to figure out the status of my credit card refund. It has been close to a month and still no refund on my credit card. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I now drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to Lowes. I will never use Home Depot again.
