Home Depot Carpet - Carpet

I went to the Traverse City Michigan store to purchase my carpet on may 7.. I was told 7-10 days it came in on the 18th and was to be installed on the 19. That morning my hubby and I removed all the stuff out of the two rooms that we are having carpet put in. Then I get the call that my carpet was found to be defective and would have to be reordered. I was told again that it would be 7-10 days and that I could get a $500 refund. So I wanted got my refund and now it is june 3 and my refund came in and the manager there told me my carpet would be here now the week of the 6th. No call so I called on the 7th to the corp. And the guy there told me he would call and find out what is going on. I get a call back saying they dont know what is going on with it will call me back. The manager from the tc store calls and says that it is out of production with will checked to see if it is diffective again. He will call me back later in the week. I get a call on the 10 and it is still being inspected and dont know when it will ship. Now It has been a WHOLE MONTH and NO CARPET! They said that they would refund me my money so i can go some where else but my thing is then they get off with nothing! I am so peeved that it is going to be a month and half with out getting my carpet! The $500 refund it great but I think that they can do a LOT BETTER THEN THAT! I want my carpet now and a full refund to go with it! And i might shop there again! This is the worst customer service I have ever had! And my carpet better come in and be perfect or there will be more problems!!
