Double charged - 32' TV

I ordered a television on 11/23 and was billed on 11/24 and 11/26/12! I was double charged! Couldn't get any help on the Help line and now my account went into negative, they said they were sorry and it would take 3 to 5 days to fix! Terrible service, never again best buy! I will never purchase from them again!
