Ordered a product on line and they literally double billed my bank card. After calling and wasting a lot of phone time they did reimburse me the double charge. At this time I canceled my order. Two weeks later they charged me again. After nearly 1 1/2 hours of my time (which I went through already two weeks prior) and they were trying to explain that the money is on hold etc. Etc. Etc. I finally (after explaining and explaining) was going to do nothing about it until I said I would report them the all of a sudden I was right and the customer service representative (was polite and did help in the end) hopefully fixed this problem for the second time. I have taken over 5 hours out for the company and still got a headache on whether they will do as they say and reimburse my acct.
