Double billed me and of course I can't get in contact with anyone to get this fixed!

Count me in as another unhappy customer of this book club service.

I used my debit card (which is tied into my bank account) to purchase all my orders with this club. I had no problems with my first 3 orders. It was my last (and now to be final) order that I experienced issues.

I was double billed for some bizarre reason. As a result of not anticipating my account to be charged twice, I had enough money in my account to pay for all the bills that month. So imagine my surprise when I saw that my bank account was negative and I was charged an overdraft fee! I immediately contacted "customer service" several times via email and phone, but I've yet to hear anything back about getting this error fixed.

So every day that this double charge isn't fixed, is another day that I'm being charged an overdraft fee because I haven't gotten my paycheck yet to refund my account!

What is wrong with these people?! I am paying hundreds of dollars for their $40 error!
