Redbox got my attention the first time when my wife went to pick up a movie the machine was full. Not only did we get billed that night and the next night, when I called them they said they could not give my money back they offered me a movie rental for which the code was invalid. I then found out I was double charged for 3 movies about a month later. I would have never re-rented any of the moives I was double billed for the first time. All 3 were crap. Hollywood is just putting out anything they think will get a bite. I haven't seen one good movie since Shawshank Redemption. Http://www.redbox.com
