I signed up for Unlimited Calling to U.S. And Canada with Skype a few years ago. Unfortunately I just notice since the last 10 months I had been double charge for this service. I called to complain and use the Chart form of Skype. After being transferred to a a supervisor, his name: Islam C., he told me he was only going to offer a refund of just one month. He said I has placed the order myself. It looks like I inadvertently did so by Skype conveniently let it happened.
It does not make any sense whatsoever to have two unlimited calling plans in one account.in fact, this is a complete ripoff by Skype to let it happen and I guess it is just one way to extract more money. This is basically a redundant transaction and a clever scheme to milk more money in a fraudulent way from customers.
In addition, this is not the first time Skype double charged me for a service. About five months ago, I ordered SkypeOut, a service which allows calling to regular phone numbers from Skype, and after completing the transaction I noticed that Skype had double billed me for the same service.
In any case I feel ripped off by this company and wary to do any further transactions with them.
