I purchased furniture from Ashley in Feb. Immediately I called regarding the ottoman to the chair and a half. It was made improperly. The fabric wasn't even put on it correctly. They would do nothing. They said they were ALL like that. Now... The arm of the chair and a half has caved in completely. I call and they tell me that since I had free shipping (it was offered at the time we purchased) that "I" have to bring the chair to them to be repaired. First off its not even remotely close to my house and I don't feel its my problem since its a defect. This furniture is junk. The cushions look horrible already. I have had Gardiners furniture that was 8 years old that looks better then this does after 6 months. I am sickened by the companys lack of standing behind a product. I wish I could just return it all and buy something somewhere else.
