They send dvd's automatically with no authorization, then credit bank account, they never answer the phone

I ordered the first DVD from the ad on TV. I told them I did not want to buy the entire series which would be about $300.00. They keep sending a DVD and taking money out of my checking account every time. I've called them over and over and they keep saying on their recording that I need to call back between 3p and 6p pacific standard time. I have and they still don't answer, in order to stop them from taking money out of my account I have to pay my bank.
