It Time Warner Cable 3 weeks to install my Internet. They didn't not believe that my address existed. After daily calls for almost 2 weeks with me confirming my address each time, they decided they didn't want to even try and deleted all information about me in their system entirely. All the while telling me I would receive a call "momentarily, within the next 3-5 hours" telling me when my install date will be. I was forced to start over completely and wait a full week (my first week of online classes!) without internet. Finally they installed something that I probably could have done 3 weeks sooner with a simple phone call instruction. Then I get a bill which is double what I was quoted because they didn't waive the install fee which I was supposed to have waived for setting up direct bill pay.
