We had the internet and decided to try adding cable to the service. Turns out the cable was a waste of time and money. Had to fight with them to get it set up in the first place because they kept telling us we had an appointment to get cable installed but then no one would show up. When we called it was our fault because we didn't call back and confirm it was actually made. The first DVR box didn't even work and we found out there is another fee to actually record the shows even though the service we signed up for said DVR box and service, When the 2nd box showed up, we found out we still couldn't watch the football games which is what we got it for in the first place so we wanted to cancel it. We called twice talking to different agents trying to cancel only for them to tell us they couldn't do anything anyway. Wasted 2 hours on hold for no answers. We finally just dropped the equipment off at a store. All in all we had it for 2 weeks and part of that time it didn't even work. The billing is ridiculous. The advertised price is $99.99 and somehow we were getting charged somewhere between $160 and $190. Now we have a bill for $250 and don't know why. Also their home phone service is advertised for $20. I can't find any other price listed any where on the internet but when we asked if we could keep the phone service they said it would be $45/mo. The guy at the store said it was because that was just the price they put on the internet but it's not the real price. They are just unreliable and try to scam you out of every dollar where ever they can with hidden charges and out right lies.
