I just signed up for Time Warner Cable, Internet, and phone. Customer Service Representative sent over equipment for me to install, never asking if I had the appropriate cable ready plugs in my home.
Now, a service technician has to come out for $29.99 for the call, and if they have to run wires or install plug-ins, another $49.99.
The special that was being advertised was $89.99 a month for all three. I prepaid and now they are sorry that no one explained this but didn't offer any remedy to the situation.
Very frustrated...
