I was installed on October 18th. I say"installed" however, the tech #3830, installed everything incorrectly and brought wrong equiptment. I have had a total of three techs at my house so far and it is the 29th of October. Yesterday I finally received dvr service and internet connection. My phone just started working this morning. I still do not have On Demand service and have called and chatted several times to get it. I am at this time being transferred once again to an escalation team. That transfer took place 45 minutes ago and still has not been answered... Customer service? Non-existent. My bill reflects charges of 307.28. I was not supposed to be charged for installation or any charges from the date of install. I have wasted all these days and my time trying to resolve this, it looks like I am going to be making a complaint to the BBB. This has been a terrible experience, worst I've ever had.
