The customer service experience at Time Warner Cable is horrible beyond belief. Basically non-existant. If you have any other option, use it. Minimize what you get fromj Time Warner Cable — do not choose extra products. They provide terrible, terrible service. You will spend entire days waiting for them to answer the phone.
