Time Warner's Internet and TV service did not ever work! I was constantly ont he telephone complaining! I canceled services first week of October and transfered phone to another provider. I received "closing charges" from Time Warner for three days of "service" I did not have in October and was denied a credit because I didn't call to complain in October that service was not working. I called to cancel the service, what more of a complaint do they want!!! I am not willing to pay $15.91 for services i did not have!!!
