Time warner cable new customer disconnection - time warner problems

Ok well like a week ago I decide to switch to twc from direct tv especially for the internet well a tech came
To install and everything workef fine set my internet and tv up. The next day my internet stopped working I called customer service and told me my service was sudpended because my brother had an old account. They told me I would have to pay for his account to continue service why would I have to do that if we are different customers and just payed 165 to have service installed. I told them I couldn't afford to pay that they wanted me to send my equiptment in I told hrr all I had a modem she said I also had 4 boxes and that's not true he never set up any boxes just hooked up the cable tv to the back of the tv's. This made me very upset your customers should be told about old accounts before doing this. I'm so upset they won't credit my money telling me its going on the other account anf that I received four boxes when I never did. Never doing business with twc again direct tv here I come.
