My internet service is great and everything works. If there is an issue they seem to come out fast and fix it. However, calling TWC to find out how to do an upgrade or add something to your account results in the classic call center run around. I called the number for my area listed on the website, and got transferred to another department that handles internet upgrades. The next department told me I was in the wrong division and then promptly transfers me to the billing center, which only gave me options to pay my bill. This happens almost every single time I call and I end up having to track down the correct number for what I need online. Someone needs to get organized lol
