Misrepresentation, poor customer service

Time Warner has got to be the worst cable company! I called to have my modem picked up in June.instead a sale representative 3599 sold me a upgrade that include internet and phone service with and international plan for an extra $ 19.99 a month, which was to include a 1000 minutes and calls in where in the world. Sounds to good? Right! It was. The sells representative get commission on each sale. The installer came to my home complaining he did not get paid enough money and did not hung up the phone or internet. However, he cut my current phone line. It took two weeks to the installation correct. Once the installation was correct the modem was bad. I has to go to the cable store to return it only to be given another bad modem b/c the people did not check to see if the modem worked. After finally getting the phone and internet, two weeks later, I get a call from collections saying I owe $1,000.00. The international calls did not cover call to Nigeria. So, that when the real problem begin. I called the supervisor gave them the sales representative name and number and was told that the sales representative say anything to get a commission. As of today, I am still trying to get this taken off my credit.
