A payment was sent on 8/1 to Time Warner using First Federals bill payment service. Received a past due notice in September stating that they have not received my August payment. After calling customer service about 8 times I was told to take a copy of my bank statement to the local payment office to prove that the payment was sent. I did that. Received a call about a week later from Time Warner that they can't find my payment and I was told to call my bank and have them provide me with Pipe Line Transmittal form proving that the payment was sent then take this form to the payment center. I called my bank and they never heard of such a form. I finally convinced the bank to work Time Warner to get this straightened out. As of 10/3 the problem has not been resolved.
