Cic Credit Monitor ripoff charged 79.95 to my charge account with out approval fraudulent ripoff business

Cic credit monitor charged 79.95 to my credit card with out my approval i don't understand how they can do this? No wonder people are scared, to use buy things, on the internet. Company like that give the internet a bad name they should be put out of business
