After using the Wal-mart Connect Provider I was disappointed in their services. When the 1 month free trial was finished I didn't get billed after. ASSUMING that my account had been cancelled, all of a sudden I was getting billed again out of nowhere. When I called the company to cancel my services completely, It was very upsetting that after being on the phone for OVER and hour, (with operators that were almost IMPOSSIBLE to understand) I still had gotten nowhere.
When I gave them the last 4 digits of the card that I was getting billed to, they told me that those numbers didn't match what they had on file. Upon questioning why, if the numbers didn't match, I was still getting billed, I got the run around lasting OVER an hour. When I demanded to talk to a supervisor, I got disconnected.
This was all after being disconnected 4 times before. They blammed my credit card company and wanted no part of the blame as to WHY I was getting billed THROUGH THEM. This is the biggest scam that I have ever been a part of. If anyone is interested in getting together with me to exploit the company about THIS PARTICULAR service, please feel free to contact me: missevilive at lycos dot com... We haven't gotten any of the money back or any further information as to what we can do to cancel this account for good.
