I installed WalMart connect in July on a 30 day free trial. The next day I completely uninstalled all of the software and discontinued the service or so I thought. Upon receiving my bank statement I discovered Ihad been billed for service.
After an hour on the internet I finally found a phone number and called only to find out I can't cancel on the phone but I could Fax a cancellation letter to their office. Now I am caught in an endless circle because the fax will not answer and the people on the phone cant find any record of my account yet WalMart Connect somewhere has enough information to bill me.
