I got ripped off so bad by dell online computers
I paid almost $800 for A BRAND NEW inspiron laptop and they sent a reconditioned defective RECYCLED one that caught on fire, burned my hand and burned my new bedspread and they want to send me another USED piece of junk
They will not send me a refund or the new pc that I paid for This pc will not work-they keyboard skips, the y fell off and the battery and adapter cord short out and the computer will not start
They sent me a defective ac cord and also a keyboard and a new battery, but I PAID FOR A NEW COMPUTER not a splotched together piece of junk It takes like 12 hours for a retuen email and they do not answer their phone
I have been trying to get satisfaction for 4 or 5 months now and the warranty will be over soon and I never got the thing to work right
$800 is a LOT of money to be chaeated out of
If I had wanted a used piece of crap I would have gone.
