On 8/24/04, I ordered Spawn action figures. My credit card was charged the same day and an order # was given in the following format. (TOYGLOBE-xxxxx)
This is a birthday gift for my son, so I decided to follow up on status of shipment 9 days later. The website shows where you can track through UPS website, however UPS states the number given is not trackable.
I have also e-mailed them a couple of times with no response to date. Also, I attempted getting a telephone number through directory assistance and there is not a telephone number.
I was going to give this a couple of days before reporting to my credit card company, but after seeing all of the complaints, I will go ahead and report.
