I purchased a laptop from Dell less than a year ago.
Incident ONE. Three months later the keyboard dies. They send me a new one that I have to install myself. Directions were not sent and I had to spend an awfull lot of time trying to get them to send me the documentation.
Incident TWO. The screen is going on the laptop is dying. I have tried to contact Dell several times and I keep getting the old transfer the call and make him wait for 15 minutes till someone comes on the line and says " Sorry you have the wrong department I will transfer you". And they have the audacity to say that they have Customer Service awards.
