Signed up for the service and was billed. The payment cleared my account. I decided I did not want the service and requested a refund, since it was within the first 15 days of membership.
The helpdesk representative, David, contacted me via email and stated that my request was "not impressive enough" to warrant a refund, even though I have requested a refund within the guidelines of the website.
Helpdesk is no help at this point. Refuses to refund. I have cited state law and contracts. His response is still pending.
I doubt a refund is coming.
