Artery planet.net hosted our online business and a disk problem on their end took the server down for DAYS. When it came up the WHOLE SITE and entire database was deleted. Blank! They do not back up their servers and failed to tell us.
The fine print of their user agreement says "not responsible for loss of data." It is buried in several pages of other stuff.
Please avoid them, they cannot be trusted to keep any data safe
