My first purchase from Inoax of a digital camera was without problems so I had no qualms making a purchase of an expensive wireless headphone set subsequently. The order was confirmed by e-mail and I was told that the phones were in stock.
However, I received no confirmation of shipping. Over a month later, Inoax charged my credit card for the purchase even though I had not received them and I haven't received them yet. If they have a street address I can't find out what it is and efforts to contact them by e-mail have been futile.
