Inoax.com billed me for a product I ordered which they never had in stock and also they send a warranty for such inexistent product. I have been battling for more than six months to get a reimbursement for the charge of a product I never received. I sent back the warranty, which was useless and worthless since I don't have the product.
They claim now they never received the warranty and they charged $288 for both, the inexistent product and warranty. They are telling me they will reimburse the value of the product but not the value of the warranty. Obviously, the purchase was fraudulent since the beginning because they didn't have the product they were offering. Easily now, they are pocketing $80 for the warranty which they also offered at a lesser value.
This company is making a profit by misleading customers and ripping them off.
