I placed an order with these folks on 5/31/04 and had my delivery date changed 3 times on the course of 6 weeks. At the time of writing (7/8/04), their customer service has stopped responding to my emails and the online tracking page still lists my order as being in stage 6 of 10. The company does not have a phone number or physical address listed on their website and they refuse to contact me regarding a refund / order cancellation.
