I downloaded the IamBigBrother spyware on April 14 and it was immediately taken out of my checking account under the name of Newman & Associates with a phone number of 912-898-9091.
A few days later, I had some easy support questions, so I called the number on my bank statement several times - no answer each time. Then, I emailed them through their "customer support" page - no response in over 24-48 hours. I have subsequently emailed them an addition 3 times, with no response.
Thinking that perhaps my problem was the "remote" option, I ordered that for $4/month, but an amount of $49 was immediately deducted from my checking account. They gave me the impression that it would be a monthly deduction.
I am now out around $70. I am not able to access my account from other computers. I am not able to see any screen snapshots. Everything is all scambled together and very difficult to read/decipher. I cannot get both sides of IM.
I am also contacting our local Better Business Bureau and the BBB in Savannah (if that is really where they are located). This company is a ripoff and I want my money back so I can purchase a product that gives me some support!!!
