I was trying to download Kazalite, and came upon a site that seemed to charge 19.95 for the download. After I paid and downloaded, I found out the software was free, and the charge was for customer service with the software that I downloaded. Since I didn't need customer service, and their service was only available by email anyway, on the next business day I tried to cancel the charge and requested a refund.
Since then they have replied to every email of mine stating that it is a one time charge and that their "100 percent satisfaction guarantee" is only good in cases where customers cannot access the website. I have read their "100 percent satisfaction guarantee, " and it states nothing of the kind.
At one point I actually received an email stating that in order to process my refund request I needed to provide my receipt number, which I promptly did. I immediately got the good old canned response regarding their 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. I am less than 100 percent satisfied. I am zero percent satisfied. This site charges for a free service, does not provide the customer service it claims to provide, and then simply sends out automated responses to any consumer complaints. Don't let them rip you off too.
