I was interested in what iSatellitelink.com offered on their website, specifically for streaming sports, as I am not in the original sports market which I was raised. I signed up and downloaded their software quite easily.
Upon actually using the software the first thing I noticed is there was hardly any channels what so ever. Upon re logging in there happened to be more, but only after I complained to customer service.
Their customer service representative in the email I received was extremely rude! Here is the exact wording of what was sent to me: "Your ability to recognize channels has nothing to do with the quality of the service." What kind of customer service is that? They then changed the ticket status from a refund request to tech support automatically.
You are then given a confirmation email of this response, and given the option to re-request it be a refund. I did click this and have had no return correspondence since. Their refunds are faciliated through the host company called ClickBank.com.
See they advertise on the commercial video for this a money back guarantee for 60 days, however on Clickbank.com's refund page (among other things) it says: "If the customer provides a valid reason for requesting a return within 60 days of purchase"
So you don't even get a refund unless they deem it as a valid reason for requesting it in the first place! Don't bother with this software, its garbage. So far only one channel I have clicked on is even live. The rest either don't work (the server is mysteriously down now for 24 hours straight) or its pre-recorded video that is well outdated. Its false advertising from a sketchy company who just wants money and has a fraudulent product.
Oh and by the way, neither iSatellitelink nor Clickbank.com is accredited with the BBB.in fact, the BBB has 427 complaints by Clickbank.com!
