I was looking for a service which provided file downloads. I found Klitetk.com, which advertises a one-time membership fee for unlimited access to their database of files to download with no other charges.

Upon, signing up and downloading the software, I find that the search engine is very poor. It takes forever to pull the results and the results are not even what I was searching for.

Less than 24 hours later, I emailed the Customer Contact Center to request a refund. This was two weeks ago and I have not been able to get a straight answer from them.

According to further research:

show that I have indeed been duped by some scam artists and I am out $49.90.

Below are exact copies of the emails that I have exchanged with the Customer Contact Center.

I have searched everywhere for a phone number or address to file an official complaint, and none exist. I haven't given up on the email, since this is the only method of contacting anyone with this company.

Everyone needs to know about this company! I wish a website could have come up in my search when I searched for file downloading.in the future, I'm sticking to iTunes. At least I know the product that I'm getting is name brand and genuine.

? What the hell is this response?!?! I don't want a different version of the software. I want a refund. Why can't anyone just address the issue of processing a refund and then tell me that this transaction has been complete and that I will see the refund post to my account within two business days? It really isn't that hard. Must I call and complain to a manager? I'd rather not, but if I have to, I will.

? Am I not speaking English? I thought I was. I am not talking about being rebilled. I was talking about wanting a refund because I don't like your product or your services. I don't care about third party software.

I really couldn't be more plain than that. All companies that provide a service, also provide refunds to unsatisfied customers. If you don't understand this simple request, then maybe you should give it to someone who reads and understand English. Or maybe this is just a scamming business that sounds good until the exchange of money has transpired, and then the product sucks.

My original request for a refund was made less than 24 hours after signing up for this. As stated in the original request, I don't want this memebership because signing up for your inferior product was a mistake.

Please delete my membership and provide the refund.
