I work for a credit repair company, and have lots of customer information on my computer. I also use websites to access my customers info and reports. So my old computer burned up and i purchased a new one. Then i needed to install security software to help keep my computer and customers info safe. So i went to hidemyip.com and bought three programs from them. Every thing went smooth, but then 3 days later i get an e-mail saying the purchase looked like fraud so so they need proof this is my card to call them. So when i called i got a complete smart ass, he said e-mail or fax front and back of my credit card and Id or he would suspend my software. I E-mailed him and then a week later they suspend my software, I call he says he didn't get the E-Mail, so i fax it and re e-mail it. So the next day the software still isn't fixed so i call him and he says that he only got the back of the cards. Well i was n the way to meet a customer so i used my phone to send the copy of the front of the cards. He gets the e-mail and says its active now. Well it has been reset but now needs the software keys again, so i call and he says its in an e-mail they sent so i hang up and check my e-mail. It has been deleted because i get several hundred e-mails a day. So i call back and Eric answers the phone again and tells me if deleted the e-mail then go to the web site and look under support and i can find it, well it isn't that easy but i figure it out about an hour later. Everything is up and running now! Oh but wait 3 days later its cut off again, so i call back and i'm told it because i sent it from to different e-mails is why its been suspended again. And now they won't fix it and i asked them for my money back and was told it should be back in a couple weeks. This has been going on for 3 weeks. And now i have to buy it else where and might see my money in a couple weeks. Long story short Don't buy from this company online the service is sucks and they will jack you around.
