On 08/26/06 I entered personal & credit card info to purchase iambigbrother software on son's computer. Was prompted to download & install, which I did. I set up the software, no problem there. I signed up for a "10 day free trial" for remote access, which turned out to be 4 days. I contacted them by e-mail asking about it, no response. No other contact info is provided on the web site, so they hide very well. Husband had to wipe out & reformat son's computer, so I contacted them AGAIN to redownload & find out about remote access. Again, there has been no response.

There is absolutely no other contact information on their web sites, anywhere. I can find no other information about them on the web. Can anyone help? Is there at least an 800 number or other phone number to call? It would be nice to get some answers and to be able to download it again wihtout having to pay for it again!
