When I was looking for a radiator for my 1967 Ford Mustang, I found myself at the wrong website.
Seems, there are several companies using the same name sake.
Usradiators.com radiatorsus.com radiatorsusa.com
Dean, from radiatorsus.com took my call.initially, I had some questions to ask. I wanted to order the aluminum radiator he had listed on ebay.
I made the purchase over the phone. Within a half hour I got a call back from Dean, explaining that they were out of stock for that item, and it would be weeks on back order. I already knew they had the lowest price for the aluminum radiator I wanted, so I setteled for a downgraded one then and there. When it finally showed, I noticed it had some differences from the original. Dean said "Go to your local auto parts store and get some adapters."
My auto parts guys didnt know what he was talking about. Dean said he should have shipped these adapters with the item but didnt. I asked for a refund, he denied it because he says it was the right part. Meanwhile I found the right part elsewhere and wanted to buy it. I argued, that it wasnt exactly the right part, he didnt send the included adapters, I originally wanted the aluminum one, and that I found a exact match someplace else. He said "Well, since you originally asked for an aluminum one, I will honor a refund, but will charge you a restocking fee." I said fine. 6 weeks later I get a shipping label and send him the item. I am still waiting for my money.
