I have been contacting them via e-mail since a few days after I purchased their software because it did not help my computer. When I spoke to them they said they would refund my money if their software didn't work; well, it didn't work. I had to do what they call a complete system image restore to get my computer working back to normal and I had unistalled their software before doing so. I have sent as many as ten or more e-mail messages and filed a complaint on their website and they failing to correspond and they have not yet given me a refund. This is not the way companies in America should be allowed to treat people and I also noticed that within a short period of time they have had many complaints filed against them.
