I received a pop up saying that my computer had been infected by trojans and worms. I could not access the internet at all to investigate anything. The pop up requested $80 for an anti-virus software to be installed. This was a one time charge. I don't own a credit card so I had to use my debit card to purchase this software. After purchasing the software, I couldn't find it on my computer. I e-mailed the company and they sent an official looking reply, complete with an order ID and a registration key. It says to access access their website via a URL in the e-mail and supply this information. The URL doesn't work. I have e-mailed and called them with no luck. The e-mails go unanswered and the phone number is a recording. Thank goodness they haven't touched my bank account again! I don't know what else to do. Please help if you have any information. I guess I am just out of that money!!
