BLS, BLSS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPPORT - When you call they just tell you to send and e-mail, they are rude on the phone and UNWILLING to help you even you the peg for help

Our company has upgraded this software at the beginning of this year. We made this decision based on this company telling us how great there customer service and tech support was better than the rest. Well let's just get right to the point. The system only works when it wants to. We do not know what the system can completely do, when we call and ask questions we are told to send and e-mail with questions or support. We have send many e-mails to BLSS support and have never received a reply. After waiting a few day we would call and ask "what are we to do we have not heard from you yet" and we are again told "send another e-mail". When you explain to them we have sent e-mail and never gotten a response, they say "well then you need to learn how to send e-mails" I have been using and building computers for over 15yrs, so sending e-mails in not an issue.

The customer service and so called tech support does not exist. Do not recommend this software to anyone. You will only get headaches.
