Toughest customer support actually!!! I named before putting an order since it was about 14 days from after I needed it. I requested the individual easily requested that evening with specific delivery if it'd be assured to become there about the evening that I needed it. Obviously - it did not show. I named plus they stated that the bundle wouldn't appear 24 hours later (the particular evening of my boy's birthday celebration) since it was still resting within their factory despite the fact that they'd sent emails earlier within the week stating that it'd delivered. After I questioned concerning the emails - they stated thatis precisely what they did. She stated that she'd stop the purchase and return the cash. Effectively the top turned up 24 hours later a couple of hours following the celebration plus they haven't released me a reimbursement or replied to my emails. Won't ever purchase from here again. Must have eliminated using the etsy seller option.
