I requested some very costly LED lightbulbs and was delivered a concerning the purchase. I waited a couple weeks and nothing. I delivered a contact to customer support and was delivered an answer stating there is a mistake with my purchase also it could be delivered 24 hours later. Nevertheless nothing for another week. I delivered 2 more emails to which no body replied. (Meanwhile the cash had been obtained! I stupidly did Paypal with this specific organization.) Lastly, I questioned the cost with Paypal. After many times, there is however no reaction or participation in the organization. Then lastly an answer comes through Paypal showing 'evidence' the bundle was certainly delivered plus they 'have no idea why i did not have it.' Well, clearly, w/d the delivery day was that very evening they were ultimately named about the rug by Paypal. They never provided any clarification.
I recommend you prevent this untrustworthy organization! They lay and dismiss you but still consider your cash. Additional websites related to them-and the main one I requested from was GreenandMore.com.
